Individuals wishing to comment must fill out a comment card at the meeting for the official record and will be allowed two minutes to speak, and representatives of organizations/agencies will be allowed three minutes to speak. Speaker time may be reduced depending on the number of speakers.

  1. Consideration of a resolution approving a grant extension request to the City of Long Beach for the city’s Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (LB MUST) Project (RMC 17009)

  2. Consideration of a resolution approving a funding source amendment to the Watershed Conservation Authority for the River Wilderness Entry Project grant (RMC14001)

  9. Closed Session: The Conservancy may hold a closed session at any time during the meeting pursuant to the confidentiality of attorney-client communications and privileges provided for in Government Code Section 11126(e) to discuss the following matter: Thompson v. California State Rivers & Mountains Conservancy, et al., Gov. Code, § 11126(e)(2)(A).

Normal Meeting Schedule - Subject to change

The RMC Board normally meets on the fourth Monday of January, March, May, June, July, September, and November and alternates between the Garvey Center in Rosemead and the Bellflower City Hall at 1:30 pm.
