Individuals wishing to comment must fill out a comment card at the meeting for the official record and will be allowed two minutes to speak, and representatives of organizations/agencies will be allowed three minutes to speak. Speaker time may be reduced depending on the number of speakers.

  1. Consideration of a resolution for final Proposition 1 Grant approval to the Watershed Conservation Authority for the River Wilderness Park, Arroyos Development (RMC 17020)

  2. Consideration of a resolution authorizing a grant to East Yards Communities for the Sleepy Lagoon Public Monument Planning Project (RMC 17021)

  3. Presentation of the Lower Los Angeles River Revitalization Plan Working Group Project Status (Receive and File)

  4. Closed Session: The Conservancy may hold a closed session at a time during the meeting pursuant to the confidentiality of attorney-client communications and privileges provided for in Government Code Section 11126(e) to discuss the following matter: Thompson v. California State Rivers & Mountains Conservancy, et al., Gov. Code, §11126(e)(2)(A)

Normal Meeting Schedule - Subject to change

The RMC Board normally meets on the fourth Monday of January, March, May, June, July, September, and November and alternates between the Garvey Center in Rosemead and the Bellflower City Hall at 1:30 pm.
