  1. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy to establish an agreement with the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy to implement the Los Angeles River Environmental Flows Study Supplemental Analysis

  2. Consideration of a resolution authorizing a grant to perform the Los Angeles River Environmental Flows Study Supplemental Analysis with matching funds from the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy through a negotiated Agreement

  3. Consideration of resolution approving submittal of the Los Angeles River Ranger Program Establishment Plan to the California State Legislature in compliance with the requirements of AB 1558 and SB 1126

  4. Consideration of a resolution approving the List of Potential Consultants generated from the Request for Qualifications for Consultant Services Retainer for the Los Angeles River Community Restoration & Revitalization Projects, including Green Incubator and Cultural Center

  5. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy to ratify a Professional Services Agreement and Service Order with Geosyntec Consulting to provide site selection, feasibility, and pre-concept technical services for a Community Cultural Center in Southeast Los Angeles (RMC 18513)

  6. Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Officer to negotiate the terms of a mutually acceptable JPA Dissolution Agreement with the SGRDCA’s member agencies

  7. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy to authorize a Proposition 1 grant to the Watershed Conservation Authority for acquisition of a property along the Lower LA River for the Green Incubator project (RMC 18008)

  8. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a Proposition 1 grant to Amigos de Los Rios for the Emerald Necklace San Gabriel River Habitat Restoration Project (RMC 18009)

  9. Consideration of Resolution authorizing a Proposition 1 grant to the Trust for Public Land for the Urban Orchard Project (RMC 18010)

  10. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a Proposition 1 grant to the Trust for Public Land for the Central Jefferson High Green Alley Multi-Benefit Stormwater Project (RMC 18011)

Normal Meeting Schedule - Subject to change

The RMC Board normally meets on the fourth Monday of January, March, May, June, July, September, and November and alternates between the Garvey Center in Rosemead and the Bellflower City Hall at 1:30 pm.
