APPRAISAL SERVICES – 3916-4201 AMEBCO ROAD of LONG BEACH, CA

As stated in the RFP released on December 8, 2023, questions regarding this RFP must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFP advertisement. Similar questions have been compiled as one question, and questions may have been paraphrased by the RMC for clarity. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to access the RMC website or the CaleProcure website for any changes or Addenda that may be posted.

Q1. May you confirm how to submit a proposal?

A1. In brief, the proposal needs to follow the Minimum Requirements set in Section VI and address the Scope of Work described in Section V. Please follow the submission instructions listed in Section VII. Proposals should be submitted in one PDF file. Any forms requiring a signature must be originally or electronically signed by the person authorized to bind the Proposing consultant. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the RMC General Inbox at info@rmc.ca.gov and cc: sgarcia@rmc.ca.gov. The submittal deadline is 12:00pm on Monday, January 9, 2024.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposal shall remain in full force and effect.
