Request for Proposal (RFP) for Land Surveying Services for Park District Formation

The RMC is seeking one entity to provide professional land surveying services to assist the RMC with the formation of the Lower Los Angeles River Recreation and Park District (Park District) including but not limited to, field surveys of boundaries, topographic survey and mapping, property descriptions, easement plans and right-of-way maps, record of survey, and other surveying services necessary for the project. The areas to be surveyed are located in south-eastern Los Angeles County, also known as the Gateway Cities region. The Park District boundary is approximately 116 miles and mostly follows city boundaries and street centerlines.  See RFP Notice here (amended 9/26/22).

As stated in the RFP released on August 17, 2022, questions regarding this RFP must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFP advertisement. Similar questions have been complied as one question, and questions may have been paraphrased by the RMC for clarity.  See RFP Question Responses here.

In the opinion of the Rivers and the Mountains Conservancy, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. However, if you have questions or need any clarifying information, please submit questions directly to Salian Garcia, Staff Services Manager I, at sgarcia@rmc.ca.gov.

Proposals must be submitted by the deadline at the location below:
Submittal Deadline: Wednesday, October 26 September 21, 2022, by 10:00 AM.  The public bid opening is scheduled for the same day at 11:00am at the office.
