Request for Proposals (RFP) for Appraisal Services for the Loynes Property

The Request for Proposals (RFP) for Appraisal Services for the Loynes Property has been released.  The Los Cerritos Wetlands Authority (LCWA) is seeking a qualified entity to provide independent appraisal services of approximately 9.39 acres of undeveloped, open space land referred to as the “Loynes” property in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles.  The purpose of the appraisal is to determine the fair market value of the subject property for potential acquisition for conservation purposes.  For a copy of the request, please email Salian Garcia at sgarcia@rmc.ca.gov.
