NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD PCC § 10345, et al. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)–Bid No. 2024-002 TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR SPATIAL ANALYSIS AND VISUAL STORYTELLING

The RMC have selected Dudek of Pasadena, CA to provide a range of technical services including, but not limited to, wildfire risk assessment, spatial analysis, stakeholder outreach, and other related support services within the RMC’s territory. Should a proposer claim the RMC failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision(b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written statement of protest, including the RFP title/number, and RMC contact information, to both of the following:
