NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD PCC § 10345, et al.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Bid No. 2024-006

FUELS TREATMENT SERVICES FOR FRONT COUNTRY FUELBREAK PROJECT PROJECT

The RMC have selected Summitt Forests Inc. of Ashland, OR to provide a range of fuels treatment services including, but not limited to, tree removal, mechanical treatment, hand treatment, and slash treatment within the southern Angeles National Forest and surrounding non-Federal lands.

Should a proposer claim the RMC failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision (b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written statement of protest, including the RFP title/number, and RMC contact information, to both of the following:
