As stated in the RFP released on August 11, 2022, questions regarding this RFP must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFP advertisement. Similar questions have been complied as one question, and questions may have been paraphrased by the LCWA for clarity. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to access the LCWA or RMC website for any changes or Addenda that may be posted.

RFP – LLAR Community Restoration and Revitalization Projects, Community Engagement and Outreach, Due June 30, 2022 at 3pm

A Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Lower Los Angeles River Community Restoration andRMC logo Revitalization Projects, Community Engagement and Outreach was issued on March 8, 2022. The RMC is seeking one or more qualified, entities to provide Community Engagement and Outreach professional services focused on projects along the Lower Los Angeles River. The selected Respondent(s ) will have expertise in managing public outreach and community engagement projects, including but not limited to community engagement and engagement planning, public information development, and community-centered organizing in the Lower LA River region.

As stated in updated RFP, questions regarding this RFP must be received by Friday, April 8, 2022 by 5pm.  RMC posted the first RFP Question Responses on March 18, 2022 and can be found here.  The second Response to Questions was posted on Friday, April 15, 2022 and can be found here.

Two informational sessions were held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, 6:30pm -8:00pm (online meeting) and Tuesday, April 5, 2022, 11:00am-12:30pm (online and in-person at Progress Park, Paramount, CA 90723).  The session presentation can be found here.

The submittal deadline for proposals is Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 3pm.

Brief of Scope of Services Requested in RFQ: Provide engineering cost estimates for the construction of road and bridge crossings and associated improvements for a bike trail on the west side of the San Gabriel River in the City of Long Beach.

PROJECT LOCATION: Western bank of the San Gabriel River from the northern side of 37 College Park Drive in Long Beach to Alamitos Bay Landing on Marina Drive in Long Beach.

San Gabriel River Center and Water Conservation Demonstration Gardens

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide conceptual and construction document design services for the San Gabriel River Center and Water Conservation Demonstration Gardens project in the unincorporated community of Avocado Heights, La Puente, CA.

The WCA invites submission of proposals that are responsive to the requirements of the request for proposals (RFP) linked below. Proposal submittals must be received by 6:00pm, Friday, August 27, 2021. Further instructions and requirements are outlined in the RFP.

Questions regarding this RFP are welcome and shall be made in writing to Jeremy Munns, project manager with the WCA, at jmunns@wca.ca.gov no later than Friday, August 20, 2021. It is recommended that potential proposers inform Mr. Munns of their intention or interest in responding to this RFP. Such notification will allow for any supplemental information regarding this solicitation to be provided, including addenda and responses to questions.
