REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Bid No. 2025-01

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR OAKS EAST FORK RIVER ACCESS PROJECT

The RMC have selected Albert A. Webb Associates of Riverside, CA to provide construction project management services for implementation of a recreational area adjacent to the East Fork of the San Gabriel River above the City of Azusa in the San Gabriel Mountains. Should a proposer claim the WCA failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision (b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written statement of protest, including the RFP title/number, and WCA contact information, to both of the following:
